The car park is located at 19 Rue du Maréchal Gallieni in Saint-Soupplets (77165), around 15 minutes from Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport.

Is there a charge for the shuttle transfer?
No, the shuttle transfer is free with the parking space!

How does the shuttle service work for my departure and return?
On the day of your departure, please contact us 30 minutes before arriving at the car park, so that we can prepare your shuttle transfer.
Once you arrive at the car park, you park in the space we indicate. The shuttle will then take you to your terminal at Roissy CDG airport.

At the end of your journey and on your return to the airport, contact us as soon as you collect your luggage. The shuttle will pick you up and take you back to the car park to collect your car.

What happens on my departure and return with the valet service?
On the day of your departure, contact us 30 minutes before you arrive at the airport. You will then agree a meeting point at Roissy CDG airport with your valet.
When you arrive at the meeting point, your valet will help you with your luggage if necessary, collect your vehicle and park it in our car park for the duration of your stay.

On the day of your return to the airport, contact the car park after collecting your luggage. Your valet will then set off to bring your car back to the meeting point you have agreed with him again.

Is the car park secure?
Yes, the car park is fully fenced. The perimeter is also under permanent video surveillance. In addition, staff are present in the car park 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How can I make a reservation if I don't know my final flight times?
It's not a problem, just make your booking and give us an approximate time. Once you know your actual flight times, contact us to let us know.
